HerHQ is a supportive virtual coworking space for women content creators. You agree not to: post or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory; impersonate another person or entity; use the platform for spam, solicitation, or any illegal activity; attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Service; or scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users without consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share on HerHQ ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant HerHQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to share it.

5. Intellectual Property

The HerHQ name, logo, design, and all original content created by HerHQ are the property of HerHQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of HerHQ may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be clearly presented before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

HerHQ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
